The people at the desk were very pleasant

I stayed 3 nights during a music conference in January. The people at the desk were very pleasant. They had overbooked their rooms so they upgraded me to a suite. The room was very large with a nice hot tub and comfortable bed. The heating was adjustable and worked well. Their exercise equipment was in good shape. They had a plenty of good choices for breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Check in was fast and very friendly

Stayed over nite after very long drive from San Francisco. Check in was fast and very friendly. Hotel was very nice. If I am anywhere near Evanston I would try to make it to this hotel.

Pet Friendly & People Friendly

Pet Friendly & People Friendly. Friendly staff, very clean room. Best smelling soap of any hotel including the Grand Hyatt. Sugar & Citrus scented. We stayed here on our way from Maryland to California with our dogs. Room with queen size bed was small but cozy and more importantly clean.
